We are as a group of Morton’s restaurant group, American Airline, Hyatt, Avis, and Royal Caribbean working together to win the bid of the proposal for San Francisco Wine World event.

A- How would Morton’s Restaurant group contribute to the San Francisco Wine World event?
Morton’s food will be placed in each Hyatt Hotel location. Their food will also be featured on the Royal Caribbean cruises, American Airlines, as well as served at all Giants home games. Local wine will be served in all Morton restaurants and will also be available at local wineries.

Our strategy is a network cooperative strategy with an international focus. “A network cooperative strategy is a cooperative strategy in which multiple firms agree to form partnerships to achieve shared objectives…is particularly effective when it is formed by geographically clustered firms…”(Hoskisson, Hitt, Ireland, & Harrison, 2008, p. 121). Using this strategy with an international focus allows the firms to offer “…standardized products across country markets, with the competitive strategy being dictated by the home office” (Hoskisson, et al., 2008, p. 276). The partnership enables each firm to focus on an efficient strategy which can be implemented across different markets globally.
