At the onset of a new project the project manager wants to manage a project that will give their organization greater competitive edge and stakeholder satisfaction which implies quality of a job well done. So how do you achieve these goals, finish with these results and increase your success rate as a project manager? How do you prevent delays and budget increases? Include what you personally would use to manage a project.

  1. Summarize the steps to manage a project starting with project activity planning. Include budgeting and cost estimation, scheduling, resource allocation, execution and monitoring.
