Introduction With the continuous depth of higher education system reforms and a gradual expansion of university enrollment the number of students in a given university keeps on rising dramatically. Nonetheless, a university can accommodate thousands of students globally, regionally or internationally. Meaning that, students from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds amalgamate to form one institution. Past research has revealed that the differences in subpopulation are what make students form expectations about a specific class or subject. Students have numerous expectations from a university class and it is the faculty’s duty to ensure that they live up to the student’s expectations.
