? Has there been a change in foodborne illnesses in Florida by type and causative agent?
? Do the current trends in the foodservice industry present a potential challenge to the current food protection regulatory scheme? Will there eventually be a need to significantly change food protection regulations?
? Is the food protection infrastructure currently adequate and has it been strengthened since 9-11? Is there adequate coordination in the State of Florida between various State and local agencies and the federal government?
? Discuss any other issue(s) that you believe will strengthen your position.
Be sure to adequately justify your position taken on any issue.
